Breakages must be notified within three days of delivery. Please keep damaged goods in case of a claim.

Delivery Times
All work is handmade, therefore, if an item is not in stock I will e-mail you with an estimated time of delivery.
International Delivery
Please e-mail bgceramics@yahoo.co.uk if you would like to place an order for international delivery. I will then send you a Paypal request with the amount of the item with international delivery. Please note that you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. You, or the addressee, may be required to pay import duties on receipt of your goods anywhere outside of the UK.
Payment Terms
Goods will not be sent out until full payment has been received. Payment by cheque to 'Beverley Gee' or by Paypal through my online shop.

Returns
In the unlikely event that your purchase is not to your satisfaction, please contact me in the first instance to discuss a refund or exchange. Returned postage responsibility lies with the customer.
