Breakages must be notified within three days of delivery. Please keep damaged goods in case of a claim.

All work is handmade, therefore, if an item is not in stock I will e-mail you with an estimated time of delivery.

Goods will not be sent out until full payment has been received. Payment by cheque to 'Beverley Gee' or by Paypal through my online shop.

Returns
In the unlikely event that your purchase is not to your satisfaction, please contact me in the first instance to discuss a refund or exchange. Returned postage responsibility lies with the customer.
